Who I am
I was born in Milan, Italy.
Since 2005 I have worked around the globe including in Geneva, Singapore, Hong Kong, and New York. My current home is Zürich, Switzerland, where I live with my wife and my daughter.
My passion is growing successful businesses by crafting, marketing, and delivering exceptional digital solutions.
I am particularly proud of:
- Success: As part of the management team that drove a global fintech business from 30 employees to a successful sale
- Growth: With 2x Year-over-Year ARR with on-prem and SaaS B2B scale-ups
- People: Having led multi-disciplinary teams in consultative sales, product marketing, and customer success
- Clients: Hands-on enterprise customer acquisition and management in EMEA, Asia, and North America

Why I spend time on this
I started for my own benefit:
- Writing helps me master knowledge (read more about the Feynman technique);
- I come across many topics and need a “second brain” to retain learnings;
- It gives me a head start when I tackle something new or I need a ready-to-use asset.
Since my colleagues and clients asked for this content, I decided to make it available as a common reference, productivity toolbox, and food for thought.
